Moyer, Lawrence "Larry", "Lamont"
Loudonville- Lawrence E. Moyer, 80, passed away, November 20, 2015 with his family by his side. Lawrence was son of the late Elmo and Fayette Moyer and loving husband to the late Florence "Tee" Moyer.

Larry provided for the welfare of his community and was a dedicated public servant for over 50 years. Lamont was a NYS Trooper locally for 30 years. He was the head of the NYS Scuba Diving Team. In his retirement he provided security for the NYS Assembly. As an avid motorcyclist Larry rode into his 80's and was fully involved with the Blue Knights and the AMA. He was in the Navy Reserve and loved spending time with his family and friends. Larry's lifelong passion was photography which captured many of life's events of friends and family that also carried through his work.

Larry is survived by his children; Lawrence F. Moyer (Pamela), Lynn Ruse (Jack), Lee Moyer (Ramona), Lorra Moyer (James), Daniel P. Stoliker Jr. (Anna) and Lori Danussi (Steve). He is also survived by his grandchildren; Sarah Danussi, Christina and John Stoliker, Daphney Morrison, Valarie Alcorn, Heather Smith , Mimi Counts and Nikki Bray. Larry is also survived by his five great grandchildren.

Larry is predeceased by his sister June Moyer.

Calling hours will be held Friday, November 27, 2015 from 3:00pm-8:00pm at New Comer Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held Saturday November 28, 2015 at 9:00am at St. Mary's Church, 10 Lodge St, Albany, NY 12207.
