ALBANY – Leantine Y. Cornelius, 46, passed away on Sunday, March 10, 2013 at Albany Medical Center, surrounded by her loving family.
Leantine was born on November 5, 1966 in Bronx, NY and was the daughter of the late Lloyd A. and Leantine E. (Carroll) Cornelius. She was currently working as an Employment Specialist for Albany Community Action Partnership and also worked part time for Walmart.
Leantine is survived by her loving children, Candice Cornelius, Jason Williams, and Chelsey Cornelius; her cherished grandchildren, Nahzaray "Gabby" and Soleil Cornelius and Angelo Pompey; her sisters, Denise Ellis, Jessica Cornelius, Susan Cornelius, Leslie Sullivan, Carol Cornelius, Barbara Cornelius-Minkins, and Kernesha Victory and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2013 from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Ramada Plaza, 3 Watervliet Avenue Ext., Albany, NY 12206.
