Leila A. Williams Jones

Albany- Leila A. Williams Jones, 83, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, August 26, 2024. Born in Augusta, GA she was the daughter of the late Frank and Victoria Williams. 

Leila enjoyed going to church and studying the bible. Above all she loved spending time with her family.

Leila is survived by her son Eric Pennick and daughter in law Bridget. She is also survived by her grandchildren Aysha, Naji and Deasha. She will also be missed by her sister in law Mrs. Carol Cox (Kenneth) and her special friend Mrs. Ezella Lipscomb. 

Calling hours will be held on Sunday, September 1, 2024 from 11am-1pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, NY 12205. A funeral service will begin at 1pm at the funeral home. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 5, 2024 at 12pm at Graceland Cemetery.
