MALTA- Leo "Lee" E. Hanlon, 79, passed away on Friday, October 23, 2015.
Lee was born to the late Leo and Marguerite Hanlon on January 25, 1936 in Albany, NY. Lee was a truck driver for the Teamsters and the town of Clifton Park until his retirement. In his retirement he was very devoted to his dogs, Bungee and Joey. Lee will be remembered for his love of history and reading.
Lee was predeceased by the love of his life, Mary "Mame" Hanlon, his daughter, Gina Hanlon, and his brother, James Hanlon.
Leo is survived by his brothers; John (Audrey) Hanlon, Joe (Karen) Hanlon, and a host of loving family and friends.
A mass of Christian burial will be held at Corpus Christi Church, 2001 Route 9, Round Lake, NY 12151 on Thursday, October 29, 2015 at 10:00am, with a burial to take place at St. Mary's Cemetery, Middletown Road, Waterford, NY 12188 immediately following the service.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Lee's name to Estherville Animal Shelter, 100 Russell Rd, Greenfield Center, NY 12833
