Lenny was born on August 21, 1974 in Albany, New York. Lenny was the oldest of four brothers and learned responsibility at a young age which translated into a phenomenal work ethic that allowed him to run his own lawn care business for many years. He then went onto various adventures including driving for his brother Chris and working on movie sets with the Teamsters Local 294.
Lenny loved fishing, being outdoors and was an avid Yankees fan. He and his wife watched every game together. Those who loved him called him the renaissance man. Lenny was fierce, full of life and loyal to his beloved family. He always provided and cared for his family. Countless meals were cooked for his adored wife and daughter, Carmie, including their favorite, Italian garbage bread. Lenny spent countless hours at his second home, his in laws house, where he spent his most cherished time with his dearest family. Vacationing with his family was always the highlight of the year including The Jersey Shore with Nici, Carmie, Giles and Dany (Baby Chips) as well as Lake Champlain, a vacation never to be forgotten.
Lenny was a five-year Colon Cancer survivor who then went on to valiantly battle a relentless liver disease. During this time Nici, and Carmie showed him unconditional love and support. The family would also like to thank Dr. Robert Gianotti III of Albany Gastroenterology and his staff as well as the Interventional Radiology and Endoscopy Departments of SPH for their attentive and devoted care.
