Leroy F. Hirsch, Jr., 47, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 27, 2017 at home with his loving family by his side.
Leroy was the son of Leroy Hirsch, Sr. and Sandra (Rovelli) Hirsch.
He enjoyed going to the Italian Club across the street from his home, working for the neighborhood, older community, helping out with all their needs and loved spending time with his family and friends.
In addition to his parents, Leroy is survived by his brother and sisters, Cheri, Penny, Valerie, Thomas, Nicole and Krysti. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
The family would like to thank the entire staff with Albany County Hospice from the bottom of their hearts, for all of their care and compassion given to Leroy and his family during their time of need.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Funerals & Cremations - Colonie Chapel, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, New York on Thursday, February 2, 2017 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. A funeral service will follow the calling hours at 12:00 pm. Interment will follow the service at Calvary Cemetery, Glenmont, NY.
