Lewis M. Franklin (1956-2025)

Lewis M. Franklin (68) is the proud father of two children, Lewis and Stephanie, and his beloved wife, Deborah Franklin (67). He passed away at home on February 1st, 2025, in Colonie, NY.

He was born in Schenectady NY, in 1956 to parents Lewis Franklin and Aileen Oeser. Lewis graduated from Mount Pleasant High School (1974). Lewis worked at Vonroll Inc. and Morlock News for 20 plus years. Lewis worked hard to support his family. His work ethic never wavered.

Lewis was a devoted and loving husband to his lifelong wife of 53 years. As well as a devoted father to Lewis S. Franklin (37) and Stephanie F. (Mason) Bailey (29), who dearly miss him and the life lessons he imparted to them.

Lewis was preceded in death by his parents and sisters and is survived by his wife, Deborah, his two children, Lewis and Stephanie, his grandchildren Tia and Marshall, and many nieces and nephews.
