Lewis "George" Wisler, 64, of Berne, passed away on February 23, 2022 at home surrounded by his family.
He was born on December 11, 1957 to Lewis and Joan (Kelly) Wisler in La Mesa, CA.
George worked as a Roofer/Welder for Kelly's Roofing, Lakeside, CA. He moved to the Albany area from California in November of 2001 to be with his kids. George loved spending time with his family. He also enjoyed the rodeo, cars, racing and his dog Copper. He especially loved taking long rides on his motorcycle.
George is survived by his son, Brian (Jennifer) Wisler, daughters, Kelly Jo Wisler and Hailey Wisler, mother Joan, father George Jr., (Pat) as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held Saturday March 5th from 11am-1pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd, Colonie, New York.
In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to Homeward Bound Dog Rescue P.O. Box 5782 Albany, NY 12205.
