Libby Casey

LOUDONVILLE – Libby H. Casey, of Loudonville, died on Friday, April 22, 2005. Born in Cedar Grove, NY, she was the daughter of the late John R. and Lena B. Humphrey. Mrs. Casey worked for over 25 years at the N.Y.S. Dept. of Mental Health from where she retired in 1987. She enjoyed arts and crafts, and was an avid gardener. Libby was predeceased by her husband of 43 years, Gregory F. Casey. She is the mother of Karen M. Casey and Patrick Casey and his wife, Barbara. She is the sister of David K. Humphrey, John R. Humphrey, James M. Humphrey and the late Dorothy M. Humphrey, Betty Anne Mergendahl, Ernest R. Humphrey and Edith S. Burnetter.
Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. There will be no calling hours. Interment will be in St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 260 Osborne Rd., Loudonville, NY 12211 in memory of Libby H. Casey.
