Linda A. Benoit

ALBANY
Benoit, Linda A.,67, passed away suddenly and has entered into her eternal rest on October 12, 2022.
Linda was born in Albany on December 23, 1954, to the parents of Herbert Sr. & Irene (Doyle) Halterman.
She was a long time resident of Albany and attended the Albany county public schools of P.S.#19 and
Vincentian Institute (VI) where she completed her education. Linda was a stay at home Mom and enjoyed
the things that went along with it; She enjoyed to shop, travel, played bingo and watched T.V.. The things she loved
most were her animals (dogs, Brandy; Luna, Phoenix and cat, Mr. Cat. Her greatest loves were her daughters
and granddaughters. Linda loved life itself, she was the type of person that would literally give you the shirt
off her back. Her doors were always open to whoever needed a place to stay helping out whomever she could.

Linda is predeceased by her loving daughter, Stacy Benoit;
She is survived by her parents Herbert & Irene; Her loving daughter and caretaker Shelly L. Frye; granddaughters, Karissa, Charla,
Jenna Frye; Jade Fafer; sibling brothers Michael (Michelle) Halterman; Herb Jr. (Patricia) Halterman and Brenda (Robert-dec'd) Warner
and several relatives and friends.

The Benoit family would like to acknowledge everyone for their presence, deeds and comfort at such a bereaved time.
