Linda M. Howe

ALBANY- Linda (Laware) Howe, age 70, passed away surrounded by family on June 27, 2021. She was born on May 22, 1951 in Mineville, NY, to Nathly (Baker) (Dominy) Laware and George Laware.

She was predeceased by her seven siblings: Joseph Dominy, Robert Dominy. Frederick Dominy, Richard Dominy, Doris (Dominy) Gleeson, George Laware II and Wanda (Laware) Stone.

Linda moved to Albany, NY at a young age and was educated in the Albany Public School System. She worked for the State of New York, along with various other jobs, until marrying Robert L. Howe in 1971.

They raised four wonderful children: Cynthia Ann Howe of Schenectady, NY, Christine Mary (Howe) Barrett of Cobleskill, NY, the late Lawrence Robert Howe and David Thomas Howe of Keller, Texas.

Linda loved her family, enjoyed reading and music and her cats.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her calling hours on Thursday, July 1, 2021 from 5 to 7 p.m. at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, New York. All are invited to attend her funeral service on Friday, July 2, 2021 at 11:15 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be at Memory Gardens, Colonie.
