Linda C. Muller, 73, wife of Martin Muller of Guilderland passed away Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at Albany Medical Center.
Born July 9, 1949 in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late John Ferber and Rose Tannenbaum Ferber.
Linda graduated from Franklin K. Lane HS in Brooklyn and held several banking and secretarial jobs before meeting her husband and then staying home to raise their two children. She later went back to work in the banking field, becoming an indispensable Executive Secretary at Chase and Bank of New York in New York City. She always found time to volunteer through the church wherever she lived (St. Margaret's in Middle Village, Queens, NY; St. Bernard's in Plainfield, NJ; and St. Madeline Sophie in Guilderland, NY).
Linda is survived by her husband Martin of Guilderland, NY; son Karl (Peggy) of Guilderland and their children Kathryn and Brian; and daughter Amanda Belena (Christian) of Hyde Park, NY and their children Victoria and Vivienne. She is also survived by her brother John Ferber (Gaynell) of Mahwah, NJ. She was predeceased by her brother Richard.
Friends and family are invited to attend visitation on Tuesday, January 10, 2022 from 2:00pm – 4:00pm or 6:00 – 8:00pm with a Celebration of Life to begin at 7:00pm, at New Comer Cremations & Funerals 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie NY 12205. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday January 11, 2022 at 10:00am in St. Madeline Sophie Church, 3500 Carman Rd, Schenectady, NY 12303. Interment will follow in Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery at 200 Duell Rd, Schuylerville, NY 12871.
