Linda Marie Strack, 69, long time companion of Paul Van Alstyne, passed away on Saturday, August 26, 2023 at her home in Petersburg, New York.
Born on December 30, 1954, she was the daughter of the late Jessie Kipp and John Conroy.
Linda was a loving and caring woman. She was always giving of herself towards others. She was forever putting smiles on everyone's faces. She made the world a happier and better place. She made my life a happier place.
Linda is survived by her son, Joseph Mastropietro, Jr. and his wife, Melissa (Harrington) Mastropietro; her three grandchildren, Abbaigaile, Aaron Joseph and Kiara Mastropietro; her step daughter, Patty Jarvis and her husband, Danny and their son Jacob and several nieces and nephews.
Service will be held Friday, September 1, 2023 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm in New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 181 Troy Schenectady Rd., Watervliet.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Linda's name to the Melody's Center for childhood cancer at Albany Medical Center in honor of her grandson, Aaron Joseph (her baby.)
