Lisa Ann Davis (Reinhart), 62, of Scotia, NY, passed away on Wednesday August 17, 2022 surrounded by her loving family.
Born on July 23,1960 in Colonie, NY, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Aileen Reinhart
She is survived by her loyal husband Douglas, her children Courtney Chaires (Justin), Kristofer Davis (Tiffany), Douglas Davis Jr. (Elizabeth), and a bonus son that she loved like her own, Shawn Stocklas (Colleen). Lisa also leaves behind seven grandchildren; Austin, Natalie, Maraya, Kameron, Charlotte, Jayden, Theodore and a great grandchild that is due In January 2023. Lisa also leaves behind her sister Jennifer Tremblay.
Lisa graduated from Colonie Central High School in 1977 and went on to achieve several different degrees throughout her life. In 1996 she graduated from Maria College with her RN, and then in 2009 she received her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from SUNY IT. Throughout all the changes in the
healthcare field she remained true to her passion. Lisa was currently working on a certificate in Chemical and Substance Abuse and Dependency. In her younger years, she loved playing the piano, swimming, and took dance lessons at Orlando's School of Dance where her daughter followed in her footsteps.
In the later part of her life she enjoyed gardening, traveling, being outside, reading a good book, spending time with her kitties, but most of all she loved spending every possible moment with her children and grandchildren.
Lisa loved watching her son's baseball games throughout their years of playing, most recently her grandson's lacrosse and soccer games, and her granddaughter's basketball games. She loved and will always love her children and grandchildren to infinity and beyond. Lisa's love for cooking made all the holiday's extra special and will be one of the many things missed about her. Lisa will be remembered by all that loved her and all that she loved, by her kind, generous, and loving spirit. Her last act of kindness and generosity was through her gift of organ donation.
Friends and family are invited to attend a Celebration of Life Service at the First Reform Church of Scotia, located at 224 N Ballston Ave, Scotia, NY 12302, on Monday, August 22, 2022. Service will begin at 12:00pm.
