Schenectady- Lori M. Rappleyea, 62, passed away surrounded by her family on Tuesday, January 9, 2024. Born in Cohoes she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Sandra Ricci.
Lori was a devoted Christian and faith was important to her. She loved watching NASCAR and had a soft spot for cats.
Lori is survived by her two children Kristin Marando (Domenico) and Robert Charles Rappleyea III. She was the loving grandmother to Landon Rappleyea. She will also be missed by her siblings Debbie Navarretta and Connie Webster (Marlyn).She is predeceased by her brother Joseph Ricci Jr.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, January 15, 2024 from 10am-12pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, NY 12205. A funeral service will begin at 12pm with burial following at Memory Gardens.
