Lorraine Ella Hall, 87, passed away peacefully on July 10, 2014 at Ellis Hospital.
Lorraine was born March 4, 1927, in Schenectady, New York, to the late George Tripp and Alice (Braman) Tripp Vosburg. Lorraine graduated from Nott Terrace High School, graduating class of 1944. After graduation she began working for GE and then for the past 23 years worked for David Marinucci Law Firm as a legal secretary.
Lorraine loved to Golf and do crossword puzzles. She also loved being with her family and friends and her cherished dogs Coco and Beau.
In addition to her parents, Lorraine was predeceased by her husband, Russell.
Survivors include her nieces and nephew, Karen (Keith) Banish, Nancy (Robert) Cole and George Beswick. She is also survived by many great nieces and nephews.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society Memorial Processing Center 6725 Lyons St East Syracuse, NY 13057-0007 in Lorraine's memory.
Funeral Service will be on Monday, July 14, 2014 at 10:00 at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie. Calling hours will be Sunday from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the funeral home. Interment will follow the service at Memory Gardens, Colonie.
