COLONIE- On Tuesday, January 31, 2017 Lorraine D. Schleede, 88, of Colonie, New York passed away peacefully at home following a long illness.
Lorraine was predeceased by her husband of 54 years, Paul C. Schleede.
Lorraine is survived by her son Christopher (Diane) Schleede, her daughters Susan (Jack) Walter, Melissa (Dennis) Perry; her grandchildren Sarah (David) Kingsland, Christopher M. (Kate) Schleede, Kate Kidder, Amanda (Adam) Jurczynski, Laura (Blake) Hamon, Samantha (Michael) Berrian; and her great-grandchildren Devin Lanoue, Matthew Lanoue, Tristan Hamon, Aiden Jurczynski, Charlee Schleede, and Grace Berrian.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Funerals & Cremations- Colonie Chapel, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, New York on Sunday, February 5, 2017 from 2pm to 5pm. A Service of Christian Burial will be held at 10am on Monday at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, 64 Mountain View Avenue, Colonie, New York 12205. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens, Colonie, New York.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Our Savior's Lutheran School, 63 Mountain View Avenue, Colonie, New York 12205.
