Louis Audi

COLONIE – Louis J. Audi, 93, of Colonie, passed away on Monday, April 03, 2006 of natural causes. Born in West Albany, he was the son of the late Thomas and Concetta Audi. Mr. Audi was an Albany resident for all of his life. He owned and operated the Albany Rural Taxi for many years. Mr. Audi liked to play cards and loved being outdoors working in his garden. He especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Louis is the beloved husband of 60 years to Marie A. Audi. He is the father of Gloria Perretta of Albany. Louis is the cherished grandfather of Joseph (Sherry Kirkpatrick), Louis and Arthur Perretta. He is the loving great-grandfather of Andrea and Anthony Perretta. He is the brother of Alexander Audi of Albany.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday morning at 10:00 at St. Francis de Sales Church, Exchange Street. There will be no calling hours. Interment will be in St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions would be appreciated to St. Francis de Sales Church, 19 Exchange St., Albany, NY 12205 in memory of Louis J. Audi.
