Louis P. Gabriel Jr., 86, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 5, 2021 at his home, with his loving family by his side.
Louis was the son of Louis and Antoinette (Pape) Gabriel. He was the devoted husband of Margaret P. Gabriel for 65 years.
Louis proudly served with the United States Navy. He loved spending time gardening & landscaping but most of all, spending time with his family who he loved dearly.
In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his brothers, Loreto, Nunzio, Mario and Vito Gabriel and his sister-in-law Nancy Gabriel.
Louis is survived by his loving wife Margaret and their children, Paul (Debra) Gabriel, Teresa (Jeff) Sendzicki and Margaret (Shawn) Byrnes. He is the adored grandfather of Nicholas Gabriel, William Scepkowski, Meghan (Gleason) Led Duke & Brittany (Sendzicki) Hawthorne and their spouses, great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
The memorial and burial services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude, P.O. 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38148
