Lucille Mccoy

Lucille McCoy 92, passed away in her home, on Sunday March 15th, 2015 surround by her loving family. Lucille was born on June 26, 1922 to the late Will and Beulah Phifer, in Greenville, Alabama. Lucille aka "Lou" was a faithful employee for The Roxy United Cleaners Inc. in Albany NY for over 40 years. Lou was a dedicated member of Macedonia Baptist Church in Albany NY.
She was predeceased by husband Charles McCoy; three sisters Lillie Mae, Della, and Mary and her three brothers Charlie, Jesse and James and one daughter Linda Jenkins. She leaves to cherish one brother Eddie Phifer (Renee) of Alabama and one loving son Clifford Graves (Rainey) of Albany. She has nine grandchildren Calefia (Andre), Duane (Renee), Nicole (Larry), Lutricia, Isaiah, Myron, Ronald, Kyla, and Kyle. She has 24 great grand kids and three great great grand kids. She also leaves behind a dear loving friend Marcia Coleman aka "Baby Girl", special friend Bennie Robinson aka "Cooter" and one God daughter Lonell Williams.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday March 20, 2015 at Macedonia Baptist Church, 26 Wilson Ave. Albany NY 12205. Calling hours are 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM, and services begin at 11:00 AM. Following services the interment, Graceland Cemetery, Delaware Ave Albany NY. Repast will be held at Macedonia Fellowship hall.
