COLONIE - Lucille R. (Statile) Baldes, 76, passed away on Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at Albany Memorial Hospital.
Lucille was born on April 3, 1938 in Albany and was the daughter of the late Joseph R. and Margaret T. Viggiano Statile and wife of the late Arthur Baldes.
She was a clerk for NYS Workers Compensation Board in Albany. She loved cooking for her family and friends.
Lucille is survived by her brothers, Daniel (Janet) Statile and Joseph Statile. Her nieces and nephews, Daniel J. (Deb), Katie, Donna (Stephan), Mariana, Antonio, Joseph (Monica), Jonathan, Tara, Renee (Dan), Nina, and Joe; Robert (Jody), Davina (Taylor). Her little boy, Patrick and girl, Gillian. Also survived by many cousins. She was predeceased by her cousin, Teresa O'Connor.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Friday at St. Clare's Church, 1947 Central Ave, Colonie. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Glenmont, NY. There will be no calling hours.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
