Luis Balls, 83, of Altamont, passed away at home September 8, 2020 surrounded by family.
Born in Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Luis A. Valls and Victoria Suarez. Luis enjoyed being in a band and would often play at parties.
In addition to his parents, Luis is predeceased by his wife Peggy, son Luis Balls Jr, brother Tony Balls, and sister Rosa Balls.
He is survived by daughters Dawn Wellington, Korie Balls, and Yvette Balls, son Marco (Andrea) Balls, brothers Victor and Jerry Balls, sisters Lydia and Carmen Balls, as well as several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A Memorial service will be held on September 12 starting at 3pm at 4117 Western Turnpike , Altamont. Attendees are welcome to bring a dish to share.
