Lynda W. Neer

Lynda W. Neer, 57, passed away peacefully at her home, on Saturday November 5, 2011 with her loved ones by her side. Lynda was born in Albany to Raymond and the late Barbara Wells. She worked for over 23 years with the Teresian house as a Resident Care Coordinator. In addition to her mother Lynda was predeceased by her sister, Veronica Wells.
Lynda is survived by her father, Raymond Wells; her loving husband of over 30 years, Mark Neer; her beloved son, Aaron (Lauren) Neer; her cherished grandchildren, Avan and Alaina; her sisters, Jacqueline (Charles) MacNeil and Phyllis Wells; she is also survived by several nieces, nephews and close family and friends.
The family would like to thank the Women's Cancer Care Associates for all the care and compassion given to Lynda.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday at 12pm at The Infant of Prague Chapel at the Teresian House, 200 Washington Ave Ext., Albany. Calling hours will be Wednesday from 4 to 8 at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. Burial will be at the privacy of the family. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 260 Osborne Rd., Loudonville, NY 12211 in Lynda's memory.
