Lynn Bruce Shaw

Lynn Bruce Shaw, 83, of Troy, NY, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 18, 2025.

Born on May 24, 1941 in Oneonta, NY, he was the son of the late Benjamin and Dorothy (Meres) Shaw.

Lynn was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather, known for his gentle spirit and unwavering devotion to his family.

Lynn was predeceased by his beloved wife of 49 years, Cynthia Jean (Crosby) Shaw; his son, Michael Crosby (Shaw); his grandson, Andrew and his brother, William. He is survived by his two sons, Matthew Shaw and Robert Mitchell Shaw; his grandchildren, Morgan, Cassidy, Nicholas, Caden, Robert (RJ), and Lily; his great grandson, Jude; and his siblings, Benjamin (Kathryn), Floyd (Lilia) and Jane.

A salesman and handyman, Lynn had a passion for helping others and sharing his skills. He loved spending quality time with his family, especially his grandchildren, creating lasting memories through camping trips and outdoor adventures.
