Lynn Marie Grassi

SCHODACK, NY – Lynn Marie Cicala Grassi, passed away on Monday, June 25, 2007, with her loving husband by her side. Born in Red Bank, NJ she was the daughter of the late Louis and Marie Cicala of Purling, NY. Lynn lived in Raleigh, NC before relocating to Schodack in 2002. She was a proud employee of S.A. Boney & Associates in Pittsfield, NC. Lynn loved spending time with her husband and family. Lynn is the beloved wife of Joseph Grassi whom she married on September 18, 2001. She is the proud step mother of Joseph M. Grassi and Gina M. Grassi. She is the loving sister of Vivian Matthews and the cherished aunt of Lauren Renee Witt. Lynn was predeceased by her cherished canine companion, Morgan. Also surviving are her faithful canine companions, Nala and Cinderella.
Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. There will be no calling hours. Interment will be in Cairo Cemetery, Cairo. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice of Albany, 445 New Karner Rd., Albany, NY 12205 in memory of Lynn Marie Grassi.
