M. Jean Petrecky

COLONIE – M. Jean Petrecky, 81, a Colonie resident for most of her life, passed away on Wednesday, June 6, 2007 at Rosewood Gardens in East Greenbush.
Born in Albany, Jean was the daughter of the late William E. and Isabella Cox Sill. She was the wife of the late John Petrecky and sister of the late Anna Wilbur and Isabella McCall. Jean was an animal lover.
Jean is the beloved mother of Gail A. (Ronald) Elliott of Schaghticoke and John S. (Victoria Hart) Petrecky of Colonie. She is the cherished grandmother of Ronald Elliott, Jr., Jean Jaeger and Sgt. Joshua J. Petrecky. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday at New Comer-Cannon Family Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave.) A calling hour will precede the service from 10 to 11 a.m. Interment Memory's Garden, Colonie.
