M. Theresa Loiselle

WEST SAND LAKE- M. Theresa Loiselle, 81, of West Sand Lake passed away on Saturday, June 22, 2013 at her residence following an illness. She was born in Troy, NY the daughter of the late Joseph and Leona Gillette Farrell, Sr. and was one of ten children. Theresa graduated from Catholic Central High School. She managed to teach herself bookkeeping while working full-time and raising six children. Theresa retired as a bookkeeper from Buenau Opticians in Albany, but also worked for various other companies. She and her late husband, Armand built the home that they have resided in West Sand Lake since 1968. Theresa and Armand enjoyed taking trips to Cape Cod in the spring and fall every year. Her hobby was crocheting baby blankets and baby sets. At craft fairs, she was affectionately known as the "baby lady."
Theresa is survived by her children Desiree (Bruce) Bargy, Linnett (Joseph) Pozefsky, James (Marie) Loiselle, David Loiselle, and her faithful canine companion Seahawk; two daughters-in-law, Judith Loiselle and Lisa Desautels; her grandchildren Marjorie Pasinella, Bruce Bargy, Jr., and Christopher Loiselle; and by her great grandchildren Tyler Bulson, Samantha Pasinella and Halee Pasinella. She also leaves behind her sisters Carol Ann Farrell and Madeline Chittenden; her brother Michael Farrell. The family would like to extend a very special thank you to Dr. Lettrick and his staff for their many years of caring for Theresa.
In addition to her parents, Theresa was predeceased by her husband Armand Loiselle; her sons Clifford Desautels and Daniel Loiselle; her granddaughter Leslie Loiselle, her brothers Joseph, John, Robert and Gerard Farrell; her sisters Sr. Leona Regina O.Carm and Elizabeth Sirigiano.
There will be no calling hours.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Interment will be at St. Henry's Cemetery, Averill Park.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Henry's Church, Averill Park in memory of Theresa.
