ALBANY Mackey Roy Robinson Sr., 72, passed away on Tuesday, February 12, 2019.
Mackey was born Sept. 14, 1946 in Durham, GA to Ella Robinson, and the late Robert Robinson. He was educated in William Bryant High School, and employed for 30 years at Amtrak in Albany/Rensselaer, NY.
He was the husband for over 50 years to Mae Linda Sampson Robinson, the brother to (late)Reeva Reese, Alma Jones,
Sarah Fowler, and (late) Martin Robinson
He was the father to Andrew Houze, Sonya Robinson, Mackey Robinson, and Matthew Robinson.
He loved and was super proud of his grandchildren, Eitoya Robinson, Najalah Harvey, Yehezkel Harvey, Shalalah Harvey, Ahlayasiah Harvey Tatieionna Houze, Anaiah Robinson, Azariah Robinson, Jaquaria Robinson Williams, Janahvia Robinson, Jahnya Haggray, Cameron Harvey Unyilah Briggman, Jeremiah Harvey

Calling hours will held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Albany, NY 12205, on Friday, February 22, 2019 from 11:30am-1:00pm, with a service to immediately follow. Burial will be held at Memory Gardens, Colonie, NY.
