Madeline Lena Stowell

Troy- Madeline Lena Stowell, 87, passed away Friday, June 5, 2020. Madeline was the daughter of the late Francis and Gretchen Vaine.
Madeline retired after many years of service from Samaritan Hospital in Troy. After which she worked at Tamarac Schools in the cafeteria until age 78. Madeline enjoyed being outdoors feeding her beloved chipmunks, squirrels & birds. She was a member of the Grafton Fire Department Women's Auxiliary. It is worth noting that Madeline made the best potato salad around.
Madeline is survived by her brother, Alfred (Thanh) Vaine. Her children, Cory Seror, David Harlow, Charles Davis and Leanne (Jack) Hogan.
Also, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Madeline was fortunate to have the constant love & support of her daughter, Leanne, granddaughter, Cathy O'konski with great grandson, Silas & amazing family friend, Louise Smith who has been an absolute angel to Madeline.
Memorial service to be held at a later date.
