Troy- Marcella M. Ciampolillo, 89, passed away Friday, August 4, 2023. Marcella was the daughter of the late Owen and Rose Boyd. Marcella was the loving wife of the late, Anthony F. Ciampolillo.
Marcella was a beloved matriarch mother, wife, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a beautiful woman, artist-interior decorator, an incredible hostess who knew how to entertain and someone who was kind and generous to a fault. She will be greatly missed.
Marcella was mother to, Rose St. Hilaire, Diane Ciampolillo of Troy, Anthony Ciampolillo of Troy and daughter-in-law, Melanie Ciampolillo of Troy. She was the grandmother to Anthony Ciampolillo, Olivia Ciampolillo, Genevieve St. Hilaire, Emily Trotter Bodie and great grandmother to Luciano Trotter and Ella Bodie.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Marcella's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place • Memphis, TN 38105.
A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held in Holy Trinity Church, Cohoes on Thursday, August 17, 2023 at 10:00 am.
