ALBANY – Marcia "Nana" Bobb, 68, passed away on Wednesday, July 1, 2009 at her home, surrounded by her loving family.
Marcia was born on June 29, 1941 in Hartford, CT and was the daughter of the late Albert and Ruby (Neil) Bobb Sr. She was a certified day care provider and had worked for the Albany County Nursing Home.
Marcia is survived by her loving and devoted children, Cynthia (Brian) Jones, Gary (Kimberly) Bobb and Glenda (Otis) Taylor; her sister, Marilyn Bobb and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and godchildren. She was predeceased by her brother, Albert Bobb Jr.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the Church of Jesus Christ, 562 Clinton Ave., Albany. A calling hour will precede the service from 10 to 11 a.m. at the church. Interment Memory's Garden, Colonie.
