Marcia Brucker
March 5, 1933 — July 13, 2016
Schenectady- Marcia Ann Brucker, 83, passed away Wednesday, July 13, 2016 with her loving family by her side. She was the daughter of the late George and Mary Jaworoski of Utica, NY and was the devoted wife to the late Stanley W. Brucker for 50 years.
Marcia was a member and communicant of St. Madeline Sophie Church. She was both an avid reader and traveler, but most all, she enjoyed spending time with her family. Her favorite place to go was Cape Cod where she and Stanley loved to relax and enjoy the ocean. Marcia also had many an enjoyable day at Saratoga Race Track.
Marcia is survived by her children; Thomas G. (Hilde) Brucker, Paul J. (Julie) Brucker, and Marcia M. (Philip) Garry III; eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and many loving nieces, nephews and cousins, especially her cousin, Marcia Janowski from Vernon Center, New York.
The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the staff of St. Peter's Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for their comfort and care during Marcia's end of life.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at a later date at the discretion of the family.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Diabetes Association, 1701 North Beauregard Street, Alexandria, VA 22311.
