ROTTERDAM- Margaret A. Nowacki Trozenski, 85, of Rotterdam, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 27, 2014. She was born in Albany and was the daughter of the late Albert and Jean Day Hutson.
Margaret was predeceased by her husbands, Charles J. Nowacki and Edward F. Trozenski, and her sons in law, Michael Triolo and Joseph Gagnon. Along with her husband Charles, they had operated the Colonial Bakery in Colonie . Margaret had also worked at Lake Electronics and was the Manager of the Albany Memorial Hospital Coffee and Gift Shop for several years. She enjoyed dancing, music, gardening, traveling and playing scrabble.
Margaret is the beloved Mother of Linda M. (Robert) Seib, Sharon A. Triolo (William Kendall), Lori E. Gagnon (Kim Riley), Joann L. (Gene) Eistertz and Charles J. Nowacki Jr. (Marlo Squadere). She is the sister of Dorothy (Donald) Ingribritsen, Albert (Eileen) Hutson and the late Mary Ellen Michela. She is the stepmother of Victor F. (Lisa) Trozenski. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the staff at the Heritage House in Troy for their care and support.
Funeral services will be Monday morning at 11:30 at St. Michael's Episcopal Church, Colonie. Calling hours will be Monday morning from 9 to 11 am at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie. Interment will be in Memory Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Michael's Episcopal Church, 49 Killean Park, Albany, NY 12205 in memory of Margaret.
