SCHENECTADY – Margaret E. Groff, 97, of Schenectady, passed away on Sunday February 21, 2010 at Dutch Manor Nursing Home.
She was born in North Bergen, New Jersey and was the daughter of the late George and Mary Lambert Redden. Margaret was predeceased in 1992 by her husband Truman C. Groff.
She is the beloved mother of Elaine (Stanley) Hickok , Truman C. (Betty) Groff, Roger W. Groff and David J. (Diane) Groff. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 12 noon at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie. Calling hours will precede the service from 10:30am to 12 noon at the funeral home.
