Humbly and patiently, on Thursday, October 8, 2015. Almighty God in His infinite wisdom walked out into His garden and picked a flower named Margaret Ledbetter Hundley. He gently took her to Himself and whispered, "Peace be Thine".
Margaret Ledbetter Hundley, daughter of the late Hattie Mae Ledbetter and Andrew Jackson was born March 25, 1936 in Ellerbe, North Carolina. She received her formal education in the public schools of Mineral Springs in Ellerbe, North Carolina.
She relocated to New York City in 1957 and was united in Holy matrimony to the late Hartford Hundley.
She worked many years as a Domestic Worker for the Owners of the Garment District in Manhattan, New York. There is where she gained a love and an eye for interior design, which became a passion of hers. She also enjoyed reading, movies, shopping, and travelling with family.
She leaves to cherish her memories: Her son: Eddie Ledbetter Albany, New York, Daughter-in-law: Jean Ledbetter Rensselear, New York; Three grandchildren: Tarathee Pruitt, Troy, New York , Edward Ledbetter; U.S Navy- Japan; Janelle Ledbetter; Rensselear, New York: Two great grandchildren: Aaliyah- Jean Milgo and Aandrew-James Ledbetter both of Rensselear New York. She will be missed dearly by her family.
