Margaret Peterson

SCHENECTADY – Margaret D. Peterson, 84, passed away on Wednesday, June 27, 2007. Born in Colonie on July 14, 1922, she was the daughter of the late John and Katherine Enos Bushey. Mrs. Peterson was a graduate of Albany High School, Class of 1941. She was an office manager for J.C. Penney for 25 years before her retirement. She enjoyed doing crafts and puzzles. Margaret was the wife of the late William J. Peterson, Sr. She is the mother of Karen (Charles) O'Connor of North Carolina, William Peterson, Jr. of Bolton Landing, Roy (Rita) Peterson of Texas and Janice (David) Stewart of Colonie. Also surviving are eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Saturday morning at 11:30 at New Comer-Cannon Family Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave). Calling hours will precede the service from 10:00 to 11:30 at the funeral home. Interment will be in Memory's Garden, Colonie.
