Margaret T. Snow

Troy, NY - Margaret T. "Peggy" Snow, 94, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 25, 2023. Born November 8, 1928, Peggy was the daughter of the late George and Lillian Scholan. She was the devoted wife to the late Edward E. Snow.

Peggy grew up in Latham, NY and was a graduate of Watervliet High School and Troy Business College. She went on to work for Marine Midland Bank for many years and retired from RPI.

Peggy enjoyed spending time with her entire family and attending social events. She especially loved Sunday porch gatherings at her sister Connie's house for dessert and coffee. She also enjoyed traveling.

Peggy is survived by her daughter, Dottie (Jerry) Felitti; her grandchildren, Angeline Browe-Keneston and David (Tara) Browe; her great-grandchildren, Anthony, Morgan, Madison, Juliana, and Lindsey; great-great-granddaughter, Lexi. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband and parents, Peggy is predeceased by her daughter, Patricia Snow and her siblings, Betty Lamb, Louis Scholan, Esther Cole, and Constance Parvana.

Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 181 Troy Schenectady Road, Watervliet, New York 12189 on Monday, May 1, 2023 from 4pm to 7pm. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday May 2, 2023 at 11am with burial to follow the service at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Colonie, New York.
