Margie G. Wiggand

ROTTERDAM- Margie G. Wiggand, 84, of Rotterdam, passed away on Wednesday June 18, 2008 at her residence after a brief illness.
She was born in Lincolnton, GA and was the daughter of the late William F. and Nannie Mae Cox. She had been an Albany resident for over 25 years. Margie was predeceased by her husband Raymond Wiggand in 1990. She was a clerk for the New York State Department of Vital Statistics for fifteen years.
Margie is survived by her three daughters, Barbara DeCavia, Gloria Wright and Mary Burns. She is also survived by six grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Saturday morning at 11:00 at Newcomer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave). Calling hours will be Friday from 4 to 7 pm at the funeral home. Entombment will be in Evergreen Memorial Park.
