Colonie – Marguerite "Marge" Burnett, 95, passed away on Thursday, May 27, 2010 at St. Peter's Hospital.
Marge was born on July 19, 1914 in Cohoes, NewYork, and was the daughter of the late Dollard and Emma Boudreau. She worked for various sewing companies in Troy and Cohoes for more than 20 years before becoming a full-time homemaker. Marge was pre-deceased by her husband of 53 years, Edward A. Burnett, and all twelve of her siblings. Marge is survived by her daughter Ann Marie and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Waterford. Memorial contributions in Marge's name may be made to American Cancer Society, 260 Osborne Road, Albany, NY 12211.
