Mechanicville- Maria V. King, 93, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 21, 2023 at her home with her loving family by her side. She was the daughter of the late Michael and Edna Parisi. Maria was the devoted wife to Garry W. King. They were married 44 years.
Maria worked as a Specifications Writer for New York State until her retirement.
Maria enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking, and traveling the world with her husband. She was an avid artist who created many beautiful paintings and designs.
In addition to her husband, Maria is survived by her daughters, Jacqueline (James) Donnelly, Michele (Robert Heidelmark) Mesick, Victoria (Michael) Wilson, and Marisa (Thomas) Rotondaro; her step-sons, Jeffrey (Wendy) King and Matthew (Lisa) King; her grandchildren, Michael (Natalie), Rachael, Anthony, and Angelia; her sister, Caroline (the late Paul) Wroblewski; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In addition to her parents, Maria is predeceased by her sister, Jacqueline Devlin; and her granddaughter, Regina Mesick.
Services will be held privately for family.
