Maria Vitale
March 9, 1933 — April 15, 2023
Loudonville- Maria Vitale, 90, of Loudonville, passed away on April 15, 2023 in North Carolina.
She was born in Caiazzo, Italy to the late Francisco and Concetta Diana. She worked for the State of New York for many years. She loved gardening, cooking and spending time with her family and friends. She loved going to Yankee games and watching wrestling.
In addition to her parents she is predeceased by her husband of 51 years, Amelio.
Maria is survived by her loving son, John Vitale (Marina). She will also be missed by her granddaughter, Gabriella and her brother Primo Diana (the late Emma). She was the beloved aunt to Frank "Cicci" Diana, Sergio Diana (Beth), Rosemary Diana, Stephen Diana, Michael Diana and great-aunt to Matthew Diana.
The family wishes to express their sincere thanks to all the staff of Coastal Pointe Assisted Living Center.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, April 29, 2023 from 9am-11am at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie, NY 12205. A service will begin at 11am at the funeral home.
