Mrs. Wagner lived a long and colorful life, to the fullest. She was known for her consistent upbeat personality and positive outlook on life. To know her was to love her – she made everyone comfortable – everywhere she went. She spent most of her career in administrative service to the State of New York. She enjoyed traveling, crafting, charity work, and time with family, especially at casinos – always upbeat, even when the slot machines did not cooperate. She enjoyed her backyard birds and was a tender-hearted animal lover.
She indeed was and shall forever remain the "Queen of Our Hearts". Rest in peace dearest mother – see you in Heaven.
