Marilyn H. Oszarek

LOUDONVILLE – Marilyn H. Oszarek, 79, has passed on to heaven on Tuesday, March 31, 2009 and will now rest in peace. She was born and raised in Albany. Mrs. Oszarek worked for Albany Felt Co., John G. Myers, Casual Corner's and more recently, Present Company. She enjoyed crocheting and was an excellent cook and baker. Marilyn especially enjoyed spending time with her daughter and grandchildren. She is the beloved wife of 59 years to Edward C. Oszarek. Marilyn is the devoted mother of Jeanne Marie (Thomas) Sheffer and the cherished grandmother of Wesley Thomas and Elizabeth Lynn Sheffer. Marilyn will be loved and missed by her loving family.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 9:00 a.m. at New Comer-Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave). Calling hours will be Friday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Latham.
