Marilyn H. Simon

Stillwater- Marilyn H. Simon, 84, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 28, 2022 at home with her loving daughters Marilyn S Paulo and Barbara Simon by her side. Marilyn was the daughter of the late John and Margaret Howard, and preceded by her late son John H Simon, and sister Barbara Spiak, Jerry Howard and John Howard.

Marilyn enjoyed spending time with her grand children and great grand children. She loved all animals and was an avid fan of Steve Caporizzo's pet connection. She enjoyed playing piano and listening to all music genres. She loved visiting her nieces and nephews and spending time on her late sister's farm Barbara and John Spiak, that she said was God's country. She loved the change of the seasons and especially the fall foliage. She was a very kind hearted person and made life friends easily.

Marilyn is survived by her children, Barbara A. Simon and Marilyn S. Paulo; and grandchildren Jaimee Ryf, Candace Fitzgerald, Kassadee Bradshaw and great grandchildren Jakob Ryf, Jayse Ryf, Cameron Fitzgerald and soon to be Evelyn Bradshaw.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Marilyn's name to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society, 3 Oakland Ave, Menands, NY 12204.
