Marilynn Bryan

Marilynn L. Bryan, 86, passed away peacefully on Sunday, Apr 14, 2013 at her home. She was born in Glenmont, NY, Marilynn resided in Colonie for 52 years until moving to Ravena in 2005. Marilynn was employed for over 40 years in the administrative office of the former Wellington Hotel in Albany until its closing in 1986. She was a life member of the Colonie Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her loving husband of over 48 years Edward J. Bryan, who died in 1998 and her two sisters, Elizabeth Reed and Marjorie Linacre.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews as well as a cousin.

In lieu of flowers, those who wish may send memorial contributions to the Michael J. Fox foundation for Parkinson's Research, Church Street Station, PO Box 780, New York, NY 10008, in Marilynn's memory.

A special thanks to Dr. Rebecca Elliott, Dr. James Wymer and especially my niece Denise Connell for their care and support throughout the years.

Funeral service for Marilynn will be Friday, Apr 19, 2013 at 11:00 am at the New Comer-Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie. Calling hours will precede the service from 9 to 11 at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park, Schenectady.
