Marion A. Kearsing

ALBANY – Marion A. Kearsing, 77, of Albany, passed away peacefully on Friday April 12, 2013 at her residence. She was born in Albany and was the daughter of the late Sylvester and Frances Malsan.
Marion was a 1955 graduate of Albany High School. She had worked as a clerk for New York Telephone and later with NYS Tax & Finance. Marion was a member of the Joseph E. Zaloga American Legion Post 1520 Ladies Auxiliary.
She is the beloved wife of 54 years of Richard C. Kearsing. Marion is the devoted mother of Jane, Carol and Beverly Kearsing. She is the cherished grandmother of Lindsay and Destinee Kearsing, Steven and Aidan Sager. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be Tuesday morning at 11:00 am at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie. Calling hours will be Monday from 4 to 7 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be in Memory Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice of Albany, 445 New Karner Rd. Albany NY 12205 in memory of Marion A. Kearsing.
