Petersburgh-Marjorie J. Legg , 68, passed away peacefully on September 26, 2016 at Albany Medical Center.
She was born on January 29, 1948 to the late Paul and Marjorie (Houstedt) Maurer in Long Island, NY.
Marge worked for several years at Colonie Mechanical. She enjoyed music in the park and birds. She enjoyed playing BINGO and visiting the casino. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister. She loved spending time with her family and she will be dearly missed.
Marjorie is survived by her loving husband of 50 years Edward; her children, Tammy New and Edward (Annette) Legg, Jr.; grandchildren, TJ, Kevin, Tessa, Casey, Nicholas; great-granddaughter, Alia; brothers, Paul, Joe, John; sisters, Diane, Beatrice and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A Memorial Service for Marjorie will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2016 at 12:00pm at Medway Congregational Christian Church, 1324 CR-26, Climax, NY 12042.
