LOUDONVILLE- Marjorie M. Egan, of Loudonville, passed away on Friday November 20, 2009 at Long Island Care Center in Flushing, NY after a long illness.
She was born in Yonkers and was the daughter of the late Michael and Margaret Kennedy. Marjorie has been a Loudonville resident since 1986. Along with her husband and her son they have operated the Latham Paint Center. Marge was a member of the A.O. H. Ladies Auxiliary. She was a talented vocalist and had a special fondness for animals. She was devoted to her loving family and friends.
Marge is the beloved wife of 46 years to James T. Egan Sr. She is the devoted mother of James T. Egan Jr. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Funeral services will be Wednesday morning at 9:15 at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie then to Our Lady of Assumption Church at 10:00 where the Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Calling hours will be Tuesday from 4 to 7 pm at the funeral home. Interment will follow at St. Agnes Cemetery.
