ALBANY – Mark Francis Coons, 47, passed away on Thursday, May 1, 2014 at his home. He was born in Troy and worked for Thomasville Furniture in Colonie.
Mark is survived by his mother and step-father, Maria R. DePaul-Tobey and George Tobey; his father, Martin Robert Coons; his sister and brother-in-law, Jody and Karl Weidel; his nieces, Nicole and Ashley Weidel; his grandmother, Norma Liberatore and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial service will be held at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie.
At the request of the family, in lieu of flowers, Mass cards or donations to St. Mary's Outreach "Albany NY" or any food pantry or mission of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
