ROTTERDAM – Mark R. Sheridan, 45, died suddenly on December 16, 2010. He was born on June 19, 1965 in Albany and is the son of Rose Sesock and the late Robert L. Sheridan. He graduated from Shenendehowa High School in 1983.
Mark owned, operated and was a technician for Autotune Motor Sports in Schenectady since October of 1994; prior to that he worked for Goodyear for ten years. He enjoyed being surrounded by his family and friends. His hobbies included snowmobiling, motorcycling, camping, boating, and spending time at Watkins Glen Speedway.
In addition to his mother, Mark is survived by his children, Amanda M. and Beau E. Sheridan and their mother, Marie A. Sheridan; his fiancée, Beth A. Kayser and her children, Nicholas, Samantha, and Alexander Kayser; his sister, Anne M. (Glenn) Stacy; his nieces, Leah and Joanna Stacy; his nephews, Caleb, Jacob and Luke Stacy; his grandmother, Stacia Sesock; several aunts, uncles and cousins; and many friends. He was predeceased by his grandfather, Edward Sesock.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. Calling hours will be Tuesday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
